Who handles your information
ASY Electronics Parts and Services, Solar Division, handles inquiries and referrals sent through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email Frederick and Alexander.
What we collect and why
If you choose to send an inquiry, quote request or referral, we receive the information you enter and send in your email app: names, contact details, project location, load or billing details and your message. We use it to respond, assess a solar project, arrange a survey, prepare a quotation and administer a qualified referral. The calculator runs in your browser; its entries are not automatically emailed to us.
How the forms send information
Our forms prepare an email to yapfrederick@asyelectronics.com with a copy to yapalexander@asyelectronics.com. Your email app opens so you can review and send it. Filling a form alone does not send it. Your email provider and our email service process the message under their own terms. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed to serve and secure the website. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this site.
Referrals and other people’s details
Only provide a prospective client’s name or contact details when you have permission to share them with ASY. If you do not have permission, enter your own contact details and describe the project without identifying the client; we can discuss the introduction with you first. We use referred person details only to follow up on that project.
Access, retention and your rights
Authorized ASY personnel involved in sales, assessment and referral administration may access relevant messages. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, project, referral and related business or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it when appropriate. You may ask us to access, correct or erase applicable personal data, withdraw consent where consent applies, or raise a privacy concern by emailing us. We will review requests in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable rules.
Changes
We may update this notice when our website or handling of inquiries changes. The updated date above will show the current version.
